养心颗粒对心力衰竭大鼠心肌功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察养心颗粒对慢性心衰模型大鼠心脏超声心动图和血流动力学指标的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射阿霉素的方法复制心衰大鼠模型。6周末经超声心动图检测造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型对照组,养心颗粒组和依那普利组,每组12只,另取12只为正常对照组,各治疗组均给予药物灌胃4周。采用超声心动图检查左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末内径(LVESD)、射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS);采用多导生理记录仪连续同步记录大鼠血流动力学变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组、养心颗粒组、依那普利组大鼠LVEDD、LVESD、LVEDP显著升高(P<0.05),LVEF、LVFS、LVSP、±dp/dtmax显著降低(P<0005);与模型对照组相比,养心颗粒组、依那普利组大鼠LVEF、LVFS、LVSP、dp/dtmax明显升高(P<0.05),LVEDD、LVESD和LVEDP均明显降低(P<0.05);依那普利组与养心颗粒组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:养心颗粒可以显著增强心肌收缩力,改善左心室舒张功能,显著降低左心室前负荷,降低心肌耗氧量,从而改善心功能。
        Objective: To observe the effects of Yangxin Granule on echocardiography and hemodynamic parameters in rats with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: CHF model was established by intraperitoneal injection of Doxorubicin. The succesful model was selected and randomly divided into three groups by echocardiography test after six weeks, i.e. the model group(n=12), Enalapril group(n=12), and Yangxin Granule group(n=12). Another 12 rats were taken as the blank control. The medication duration was four weeks. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS) were observed by echocardiography after four weeks of the treatment; hemodynamic changes were recorded by multi-channel physiological recorder. Results: After modeling LVEF,LVFS, and ±dp/dtmax were decreased significantly(P<0.05); LVESD, LVEDD and LVEDP increased significantly compared to those in the blank control group(P<0.05). LVEF,LVFS, LVSP and +dp/dtmax were increased significantly(P<0.05); LVEDD, LVESD and LVEDP were significantly decreased in Yangxin Granule group and in Enalapril group compared to those in the model group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in above indexes between Enalapril group and Yangxin Granule group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Yangxin Granule can significantly strengthen myocardial contractility, improve left ventricular diastolic function, decrease lefe ventricular preload, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, thus to improve cardial function.
