摘要
采用无损检测、化学成分分析、金相观察、力学性能测试、断口分析、裂纹分析和腐蚀产物分析等手段系统研究了西部某油田修复油管断裂原因。结果表明:该修复油管失效属于应力腐蚀开裂;油管在修复前,管体内表面已存在应力腐蚀裂纹,后期服役过程中,受应力及井下所注污水中高含量侵蚀性CO2和Cl-影响,裂纹扩展造成油管断裂。
The fracture reasons for repaired tubing in a western oilfield were systematically analyzed by means of nondestructive testing,chemical analysis,metallographic observation,mechanical property testing,fracture analysis,crack analysis and corrosion product analysis.The results showed that the failure of repaired tubing was caused by stress corrosion cracking.Before the tubing was repaired,stress corrosion cracks had existed on the internal surface of tubing.By the influence of stress and high CO2 and Cl-content in injected waste water,the cracks expanded and thus caused the tubing fracture in later service.
