口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者HIF-1α及CD44v6的表达与侵袭转移的关系分析

摘要
目的:检测口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者的HIF-1α、CD44v6的表达,分析其与淋巴瘤侵袭转移的关系。方法:选取20例口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,作为试验组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血液中HIF-1α、CD44v6含量,瘤体组织中HIF-1α、CD44V6的表达使用免疫组织化学法检测,对其与侵袭转移的相关性进行分析。并选取20例同期在接受治疗的头颈部淋巴结炎患者作为对照组,进行比较研究。结果:试验组血清中HIF-1α、CD44v6较对照组升高;试验组组织中HIF-1α阳性率达85%,CD44v6阳性率为70%,较对照组升高;HIF-1α、CD44v6水平与临床分期、局部淋巴结侵袭、远处脏器转移、LDH水平有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔颌面部淋巴瘤患者血清及组织中HIF-1α、CD44v6高度表达,二者的水平与临床分期、局部淋巴结侵袭、远处脏器转移、LDH水平有关,且临床分期晚、局部淋巴结侵袭、远处脏器转移,LDH水平越高,HIF-1α、CD44V6水平升高越明显,对肿瘤的局部侵袭及远处转移的发生、发展有促进作用。
        Objective To explore expression of CD44 v6 and HIF-1α in the lymphoma of oral and maxillofacial region and to reveal the relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis. Method 20 patients with oral and maxillofacial lymphomas were selected as object of study( experimental group),using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) to detect patients with HIF-1α,CD44 v6 content in the blood,and immunohistochemical method to detect tissue HIF-1α,the expression of CD44 v6,analyze its correlation with invasion and metastasis. Results The serum HIF-1α,CD44 v6 was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); HIF-1α positive rate in experimental group was 85%,and the CD44 v6 positive rate of 70%,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); HIF-1α,CD44 v6 level and clinical staging,local invasion,distant organ mtastasis lymph nodes,LDH levels( P < 0. 05). Conclusion HIF-1α,CD44 v6 in highly expressed in the serum and tissue lymphoma of oral and maxillofacial region,the level and clinical staging,local invasion,distant organ metastasis lymph nodes,LDH level,and late clinical stage,local lymph node invasion and distant organ metastases,LDH levels,alpha,HIF-1α and CD44 v6 level increases,the more obvious,promote development of local invasion and distant metastasis of tumor.
