扶正强心汤联合依那普利治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果及对血清BNP的影响

摘要
目的:探讨扶正强心汤联合依那普利治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果及对血清BNP的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的92例扩张型心肌病患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组在常规治疗的同时服用依那普利,观察组在对照组的基础上加服扶正强心汤治疗。对两组临床效果、血清指标及发生的不良反应情况进行分析。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组(95.65%vs 82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);治疗前两组各项血清指标情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同组治疗前后BNP、NO及CRP水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组各项血清指标情况均有明显改善,观察组改善更为明显(P<0.05);对照组发生2例头痛症状,1例嗜睡,1例恶性,观察组出现1例头痛症状,给予对症处理后缓解,均未发生严重不良反应。结论:扶正强心汤联合依那普利治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果显著,能够有效抑制血清BNP的增多,不良反应少,临床应用价值高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Qiangxin Decoction combined with Enalapril in treating dilated cardiomyopathy and its effect on serum BNP.Method:92 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy in the hospital were selected as observation subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random numerical table method.The control group used Enalapril on the basis of conventional therapy,the observation group used the Fuzheng Qiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,serum indexes and adverse reactions were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.65% vs 82.61%),there was significant difference(P=0.044).There was no significant difference in serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the levels of BNP,NO and CRP in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the serum indexes in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of headache,1 case of lethargy and 1 case of malignant headache in the control group.In the observation group,1 case had headache symptoms.After symptomatic treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:The effect of Fuzheng Qiangxin Decoction combined with Enalapril in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy is remarkable,can effectively inhibit the increase of serum BNP,less adverse reactions,high clinical application value.
