耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌致儿童内源性眼内炎药学监护
摘要
目的探讨临床药师在儿童感染耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌所致内源性眼内炎治疗中的作用,为儿童应用喹诺酮类抗感染治疗积累经验。方法 1例耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌感染内源性眼内炎儿童,初始美罗培南抗感染治疗不佳,临床药师建议联用环丙沙星注射液,治疗过程密切关注患儿骨关节症状。结果在临床药师参与下,患儿病情得到了有效的控制并出院,期间无不良反应发生。结论临床药师根据药敏结果协助医师优化调整方案,确保临床治疗安全、有效。
