基于物联网的档案个性化知识服务模式服务模式:特征与问题探析
摘要
在知识经济时代,档案信息服务向知识服务变革,档案知识服务的方式与方法也受到广泛关注。随着物联网在数字档案馆和智慧档案馆中的广泛应用,档案利用愈发高效化、便捷化、人性化,档案服务向创新化的知识服务转变。本文对物联网环境下的个性化档案知识服务模式的特征及当下存在的问题进行研究,并基于此提出个性化档案知识服务模式的发展趋势。
In the era of knowledge economy, archival information service is changing to knowledge service, and the ways and methods of archival knowledge service are also widely concerned. With the wide application of the Internet of things in digital archives and smart archives, the utilization of archives has become more efficient, convenient and humanized, in the meantime, the service of archives has turned into an innovative knowledge service. In this paper, the characteristics and existing problems of personalized archival knowledge service mode under the Internet of things environment are studied, and based on this, the development trend of personalized archival knowledge service mode is proposed.
