雷达图分析法在临沂市24家医院用药安全评价中的应用分析

摘要
目的了解临沂市24家医院的用药安全现状及城乡用药安全差异。方法采用雷达图分析法对临沂市24家医院的医院用药安全自评表中关于用药安全的10项关键元素进行分析、评价。结果 10项关键元素实施率各医院存在明显差异,城市医院与农村医院也有明显差异。结论雷达图分析法可直观反应临沂市24家医院的用药安全差异,为医院管理者制订相关措施改善用药安全现状提供了依据。
Objective To understand the current situation of medication safety in 24 hospitals in Linyi City and the difference in medication safety between urban and rural areas. Methods The radar chart analysis method was used to analyze and evaluate the 10 key elements of medication safety in the ISMP Medication Safety Self Assessment for Hospital of 24 hospitals in Linyi City. Results There were significant differences in the implementation rate of 10 key elements among the 24 hospitals,and there were also significant differences between urban hospitals and rural hospitals. Conclusion Radar chart analysis method can directly reflect the difference of medication safety of 24 hospitals in Linyi City,which provides a basis for hospital administrators to formulate relevant measures to improve the current situation of medication safety.
