氧调节蛋白ORP150在胃肠道肿瘤患者血清中的水平变化及意义

摘要
目的:探讨血清氧调节蛋白150(ORP150)在胃肠道肿瘤诊断与分期过程中的参考意义。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年4月间于我院就诊胃肠道肿瘤患者,收集临床资料与患者血清,检测患者血清ORP150水平,并按照肿瘤部位、病理诊断、浸润深度与转移情况分组比较。结果:各分组患者间在年龄、性别方面无明显差异;不同肿瘤部位患者间血清ORP150无明显差异(P>0.05);除黏液腺癌与高分化腺癌组与对照组间无统计学差异外,各组患者血清ORP150相比于对照组均有明显升高,中低分化腺癌组相比于高分化腺癌组ORP150水平升高明显(P<0.05);随浸润深度的增加,患者血清ORP150水平逐渐升高,肿瘤浸润至浆膜层后,ORP150升高明显(P<0.05);患者血清ORP150水平在不同转移组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃肠道肿瘤患者血清ORP150水平与肿瘤分化程度以及浸润情况相关,可以作为患者治疗与预后指导的参考指标,在胃肠道肿瘤诊断与分期过程中具有一定参考意义。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ORP150 on diagnosis and staging of gastrointestinal tumor.Methods:The gastrointestinal tumor patients hospitalized from 2014 January to2015April were selected,clinical data and serum were collected,serum level of OPR150 was detected.All data were grouped and analyzed according to the location of tumor,pathological diagnosis,infiltration and metastasis.Results:There was no significant difference of age and gender between all groups.No statistical significance was observed in serum OPR150 between patients of different tumor location.Serum OPR150 level of each group was higher than that in the control group except mucinous adenocarcinoma and well differentiated adenocarcinoma.Serum ORP150 level of moderate to low differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in well differentiated adenocarcinoma group(P<0.05).Serum ORP150 raised gradually along with development of in-filtration especially when tumor reached the serosa.There was no statistical difference between different metastatic groups.Conclusion:Serum ORP150 level of gastrointestinal patient is correlated with tumor staging and infiltration status.It can be a reliable marker of tumor prognosis and plays an important role on tumor diagnosis and staging.
