摘要
不文明借阅行为管理近年成为公共图书馆一线服务中被普遍关注的问题。尤其在《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》颁布施行后,图书馆界迫切需要开展相关的调查研究,制定适当的实施细则或举措。本文通过调研,对目前国内外部分大型公共图书馆的管理措施进行了列举分析,总结上海图书馆一线服务的实际经验和教训,提出一些工作建议。
Readers' misbehaviors have recently become a common concern and bottleneck for public libraries, and especially their front-line service. After the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Libraries was enacted, there is an urgent need for carrying out relevant investigation and establishing appropriate implementation rules. Based on research and investigation, this paper introduces and analyses the management strategies of major public libraries at home and abroad. The paper also makes some recommendations on effective management in view of the author's working experiences in Shanghai Library.
