摘要
文中提出了装配精度可靠性评估方法,并在此基础上开发面向机械产品的装配精度可靠性评估软件。首先,综合考虑机械产品误差源、误差传递等因素,建立基于关键点的误差传递状态空间模型,得出装配精度可靠性的计算方法;然后,在简化并固化装配精度可靠性分析流程的基础上,基于Visual Studio、Qt、Creo以及Matlab等平台,完成机械产品装配精度可靠性评估软件的开发,分析软件开发的技术架构和开发环境,给出软件开发流程和功能模块;最后,给出某型天线阵子模块的装配精度可靠性评估应用案例,并验证软件的有效性。
On the basis of the reliability assessment method of assembly accuracy,this paper discusses the development of assembly accuracy reliability assessment software for mechanical product. First of all,considering the factors such as error source,error propagation of mechanical product,the error propagation state space model based on key points is established,and the approach for calculating the assembly accuracy reliability is proposed. Then,on the basis of simplifying and solidifying the analysis procedure of assembly accuracy reliability,the assembly accuracy reliability assessment software for mechanical product is developed using software platforms such as Visual Studio,Qt,Creo and Matlab,the development procedure and functional modules of the software are presented by analyzing the technology architecture and development environment. At last,the application of the assembly accuracy reliability assessment in a radar antenna array sub-module is given,and the effectiveness of the software is verified.
