泻肝法联合雷贝拉唑治疗眼科疾病随机平行对照研究

摘要
[目的]观察泻肝法联合雷贝拉唑治疗眼科疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。雷贝拉唑胶囊10mg/次,2次/d,口服。对照组34例,氯徽素眼药水,1~2滴/次,3~5次/d。治疗组46双目胀痛,黑睛生翳,黄液上冲,血灌瞳神等肝经实热,火毒上攻,清热泻肝法,龙胆9g,夏枯草30g,炒栀子9g,丹皮15g;肝旺脾虚,膈有积热之小儿睑弦赤烂,利湿泻肝法,茵陈10g,木通12g,车前草30g,赤茯苓15g;暴风客热,白睛肿胀,清肺泻肝法,黄芩10g,生石膏15g,桑白皮30g,炒栀子6g;目生翳肉风满而致目赤痛,清心泻肝法,黄连3g,淡竹叶15g,灯心草8g,车前草30g;1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效15例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈9例,显效9例,有效6例,无效10例,总有效率70.59%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]泻肝法联合雷贝拉唑治疗眼科疾病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the purging liver treatments for eye disease curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic order Numbers randomly divided into two groups. Rabeprazole azole capsule 10 mg/time, 2 times/d, oral. Control group of 34 routine eye care, chlorine badge eye drops, 1 ~ 2 drops/time, 3 ~ 5 times/d. Treatment group(46 eyes pain, born black eyes, rush on yellow liquid, blood pouring pupil god etc. The liver real hot, poison attack on fire. Heat purging liver method, Longdan 9g, Xiakucao 30g, Chaozizi 9g, Danpi 15 g. Liver pixu(spleen deficient), ke have accumulated heat of infantile eyelid string red, lishi method of purging liver, Yinchen 10g, Mutong12g,Cheqiancao 30g, Chifuling 15g. Storm guest hot, white eyes swollen, clear lung purging liver, Huangqin 10g,Shengshigao15g, Sangbaipi 30g, Chaozhizi 6g. Yard "meat with wind and cause red painful, blessed are liverfire, Huanglian 3g, Danzhuye15g, Dengxincao 8g, Cheqiancao 30g. 1/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 14d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect.[Results]In treatment group recovered 23 cases, 15cases were markedly improved, there are 4 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 93.33%.Control group cure 9 cases, 9 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases, 10 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 70.59%.
