2015-2017年河南省梅毒血清学室间质量评价活动结果分析

摘要
目的了解河南省内疾病预防控制中心(简称疾控)系统梅毒血清学检测水平,进一步加强梅毒检测质量控制,完善全省性病实验室的规范化管理。方法 2015-2017年分别组织河南省市、县(区)、直管县疾控性病实验室进行梅毒血清学检测技术培训后,分发质控品,进行梅毒螺旋体抗原血清试验和非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学试验(定性和半定量),而后按要求汇报结果,进行统计分析,最后进行现场督导。结果 2015-2017年河南省梅毒血清质量考评结果均较好,合格率分别是98.2%、100.0%、100.0%。2015-2017年梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学定性试验符合率较高,分别是97.6%、99.4%、99.6%。2015-2017年非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清学定性试验符合率为95.8%、98.8%、100.0%,而半定量试验结果符合率分别为86.7%、95.3%、99.3%。结论河南省疾控系统梅毒血清学检测水平比较理想,规范梅毒实验室检测技术、进行现场督导十分重要。
Objective To understand the overall situation of syphilis serology test capacity of STD(Sexually Transmitted Disease) laboratories of center for disease control and prevention(CDC) in Henan Province.strengthen the quality control of syphilis serology test and improve STD laboratory management.Methods STD laboratories of center?for?disease?control?and?prevention(CDC) of counties were invovled in the training courses of syphilis serology test in2015,2016 and 2017,respectively.Four blind samples were delivered to STD laboratories for treponemal tests and non-treponemal qualitative and quantitative tests,respectively.The results of the tests were collected and analyzed.STD laboratories were supervised.Results STD laboratories of CDC in Henan Province got good scores in 2015,2016 and2017,among which percent proficiency was 98.2 %,100.0 % and 100.0 % in the quality evaluation of syphilis serological test Laboratories,respectively.The coincidence rate of treponemal qualitative test in three years was 97.6 %,99.4 %and 99.6 %,respectively.The coincidence rates of non-treponemmal qualitative test in nonspecific syphilis test and quantitative test for three years were 95.8 %,98.8 %and 100.0 %,and which coincidence rates of quantitative test were86.7 %,95.3 % and 99.3 %,respectively.Conclusion The level of syphilis serology detection of CDC system in Henan province was more ideal,and lab standard management of syphilis serology test,on-site supervision were very important.
