天然保健功能植物饲料添加剂组方对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、血浆生化指标的影响

摘要
试验旨在探讨天然保健功能植物对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率及血浆生化指标的影响。选取白头翁、黄连、黄柏、金荞麦、黄芪、朱砂莲等六味天然保健功能植物,按照30.10.20.20.10.10("组方1")和10.30.20.20.10.10("组方2")配制成植物饲料添加剂。采用随机区组设计,将150头断奶仔猪随机分成5组:对照组、处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅲ组、处理Ⅳ组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂常规日粮,处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组及处理Ⅲ组、处理Ⅳ组在基础日粮上分别添加0.5%、1%"组方1"及"组方2"。测定仔猪生长性能指标[采食量(DMI)、净增重(ANG)、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)]、腹泻率、血浆生化指标(总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、尿酸、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、生长激素、葡萄糖、皮质醇)。结果显示,总体来看,天然保健功能植物饲料添加剂可提高断奶仔猪生长性能,处理Ⅲ组DMI高于对照组15.91%(P<0.05),处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅳ组较对照组DMI分别提高1.36%、2.16%、12.15%(P<0.05);处理Ⅲ组ANG分别高于对照组、处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅳ组18.33%、16.69%、17.37%、4.03%(P<0.05);处理Ⅲ组ADG高于对照组、高于处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅳ组21.43%、17.24%、17.24%、6.25%(P<0.05);各组F/G差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理Ⅲ组(0.5%"组方2")腹泻率低于对照组、处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组6.30、8.40、5.80个百分点(P<0.05)。天然保健功能植物饲料添加剂可增强仔猪血浆糖代谢、提高蛋白质利用率,表现为处理Ⅳ组Glu分别高于对照组、处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组23.71%、22.73%、21.53%(P<0.05)。处理Ⅳ组PUN低于对照组29.72%(P<0.05),处理Ⅰ组、处理Ⅱ组、处理Ⅲ组的PUN分别低于对照组22.79%、32.53%、27.85%(P<0.05)。由此可见,天然保健功能植物饲料添加剂可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、降低腹泻率,改善仔猪血浆生化指标。建议生产上应用添加0.5%"组方2",饲喂天数为15 d左右为宜。
        The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of natural health function plantfeed additives on growth performance, diarrhea rate and plasma biochemical indexes of weaned piglets.Six kinds of natural plants, Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge) Regel, Coptis chinensis Franch, Cortex Phello-dendri Chinensis, Fagopyrum dibotrys(D. Don) Hara, Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch) Bunge and Aristilochia cinnabaria C.Y. Cheng, mss, werecombined to plant feed additives according to aratio of 30.10.20.20.10.10( "formula 1")and 10.30.20.20.10.10( "formula 2"), re-spectively. A total of 150 weaned piglets wererandomly assigned into 5 groups: control, treat-ment Ⅰ, treatment Ⅱ, treatment Ⅲ and treatment Ⅳ, with 3 replicates of 10 piglets individually. The control group was fed a basal diet. TreatmentⅠ, treatment Ⅱ, treatment Ⅲ and treatment Ⅳ was added 0.5% and 1% formula 1 and formula 2, re-spectively, on the basis of control diet. Growth performance of piglets [dry matter intake(DMI); averagenet gain(ANG); average daily gain(ADG); feed to gain ratio(F/G)], plasma biochemical indexes(TP,Alb, PUN, UA, ALT, AKP, GH, Glu, COR) were determined. The results showed that natural healthfunction plants feed additives could improve growth performance. Treatment Ⅲ had 15.91% higherDMI than control(P<0.05), meanwhile, treatment Ⅰ, treatment Ⅱ, and treatment Ⅳ increased by1.36%, 2.16% and 12.15% DMI respectively compared with control(P<0.05). Treatment Ⅲ improvedby 18.33%, 16.69%, 17.37%, 4.03% ANG(P<0.05) relative to control, treatment Ⅰ, treatment Ⅱ,treatment Ⅳ, respectively. ADG of control, treatment I, treatment Ⅱ and treatment Ⅳ decreased21.43%, 17.24%, 17.24%, 6.25%(P<0.05) respectively compared with treatment Ⅲ. There was no dif-ference in F/G among the groups(P>0.05). Diarrhea rate of treatment group Ⅲ was lower than that ofcontrol, treatment Ⅰ and treatment Ⅱ by 6.30, 8.40, 5.80 percentage units, respectively(P<0.05). Lev-el of plasma Glu for treatment Ⅳ was 23.71%, 22.73%, and 21.53% higher than control, treatment Ⅰ,and treatment Ⅱ, respectively(P<0.05). Plasma PUN in treatment Ⅰ, treatment Ⅱ, treatment Ⅲ, andtreatment Ⅳ were 22.79%, 32.53%, 27.85% and 29.72% lower than that of control, respectively(P<0.05). It is suggested that natural health function plant feed additives can enhance growth perfor-mance, reduce diarrhea rate, and improve plasma biochemical metabolites of weaned piglets, and that0.5% level "formula 2" was recommended for 15-day feeding in the practice.
