复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝硬化的疗效分析和药理研究

摘要
目的探讨复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)肝硬化的临床疗效和药理作用。方法 80例乙肝肝硬化患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用安络化纤丸治疗,试验组采用复方鳖甲软肝片治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果试验组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率为57.5%;试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乙肝肝硬化患者使用复方鳖甲软肝片进行治疗,可以明显提高患者的临床总有效率,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and pharmacological effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablet in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Anluo Huaxian capsule, and experimental group was treated with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet. The clinical effect in two groups was compared in two groups. Results The experimental group had total effective rate as 80.0%, which was 57.5% in the control group. The experimental group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Biejia Ruangan tablet can obviously improve the total clinical effective rate of patients with compound Biejia Ruangan tablet and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
