新能源汽车与汽油车混线生产总装工艺再造研究

摘要
随着新能源汽车的快速发展,国内传统汽车企业需要快速响应,尽快实现新能源汽车的生产。文章系统分析了传统汽油车和新能源汽车产品装备及总装生产线的特点与差异。运用流程再造理论和ECRS原则,从总装制造现场工艺优化的角度进行分析与对策,提供总装生产线新能源汽车与汽油车混线生产工艺优化的参考意见。
With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, traditional automobile enterprises need to respond quickly and realize the production of new energy vehicles as soon as possible. This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and differences of their equipment and assembly lines. Based on the theory of process reengineering and the principle of ECRS, we analyze and put forward the countermeasures from the perspective of process optimization in the field of assembly manufacturing, and also we provide some opinions for the process optimization of the hybrid production of new energy vehicles and gasoline vehicles in the assembly production line.
