摘要
针对城市热力管道在运营的过程中发生管体腐蚀泄漏的问题,提出了采用瞬变电磁法检测城市热力管道,主要介绍了瞬变电磁法检测热力管道的原理,对热力管道进行了失效分析,并现场对城市热力管道的腐蚀检测进行分析。结果表明:瞬变电磁法在城市热力管道的检测中具有实用性,能够得到较为准确的热力管道壁厚,为城市热力管道的缺陷判定、管道的运营与维护提供了可靠的理论依据。
        In the process of pipeline operation, it will be invalidated by many factors, causing corrosion and leakage of pipe body.This paper proposes a transient electromagnetic method to detect urban thermal pipes. It mainly introduces the principle of transient electromagnetic method for detecting thermal pipelines and the failure analysis of thermal pipelines, and analyzes the application of corrosion detection test for urban thermal pipelines.The results show that the transient electromagnetic method has practicality in the detection of urban thermal pipelines, and can obtain more accurate wall thickness of thermal pipelines, which provides a reliable theoretical data basis for the determination of defects in urban thermal pipelines and the operation and maintenance of pipelines.
