摘要
综述了米糠的营养保健作用,简述了米糠深加工的必要性和工艺特点,展望了米糠深加工发展前景。
        The nutritional and health functions of rice bran were summarized,the necessity and technological characteristics of rice bran deep processing were briefly described,and the development prospects of rice bran deep processing were prospected.
