摘要

为更好地了解我国地方农林院校促进农业现代化现状、做法和成效,充分认识地方农林院校促进农业现代化经验与启示,在研究分析国内外农业院校推进农业现代化进程中的做法与成功经验的基础上,通过实地调研和调查问卷对地方农林院校促进农业现代化的经验和做法进行了调查,研究结果表明:政策支持、人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、校地企合作、技术指导与培训等是影响地方农林院校促进农业现代化的重要因素,总结提炼出了地方农林院校促进农业现代化的经验与启示,针对目前存在的问题,提出了推进农业现代化进程的建议,对促进农业增产、农民富裕、农村繁荣有重要的参考价值和指导作用。
        On the basis of studying and analyzing the practices and successful experiences of the overseas and domestic agricultural universities in promoting agricultural modernization,this paper investigates the local agricultural and forestry universities' experiences and practices through field investigation and questionnaire,so that to better understand the current situation,practices,achievements as well as the experience and enlightenment of Chinese local agricultural and forestry universities in promoting agricultural modernization. The results show that: policy support,talents training,scientific research,social services,school-land-enterprise cooperation,technical guidance and training are key factors affecting the promotion of agricultural modernization in local agricultural and forestry colleges and universities. This paper also concludes the experience and inspiration of local agricultural and forestry universities to promote agricultural modernization. In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the process of agricultural modernization,which has important reference value and guiding role in promoting agricultural production,farmers' prosperity and rural prosperity.
