摘要
目的:观察解毒化瘀方肝豆灵片治疗肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照法将患者分两组,治疗组用西药加肝豆灵片,对照组单用西药,疗程为6个月,分别观察治疗前、后中医临床证候积分,肝纤4项指标,肝功能,门静脉宽度、脾脏厚度等变化。结果:治疗6个月后治疗组较对照组同期中医证候积分,肝纤4项,肝功能,门静脉宽度、脾脏厚度均有改善(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化瘀方肝豆灵片能够改善HLD患者中医证候积分、肝纤4项、肝功能指标,并降低门脉宽度、减少脾脏长度和厚度。
        Objective: To observe the clinical effect of jiedu huayu formula Gandouling Tablets on hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD). Methods: The patients were divided into 2 groups by randomized control method, the treatment group was treated with western medicine plus Gandouling Tablets, the control group was treated with western medicine alone for 6 months. The changes of clinical symptom score of TCM, four results of liver fiber, liver function, the width of portal vein and spleen thickness were observed before and after the treatment. Results: After 6 months of treatment, the TCM symptom score, four results of liver fiber, liver function, portal vein width and spleen thickness in the treatment group were improved compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Gandouling Tablets can improve the TCM symptom score, four results of liver fiber, liver function index, and reduce portal vein width and spleen length and thickness of HLD patients.
