摘要
Manyoro铁矿区位于坦桑尼亚西部,坦桑尼亚克拉通与赞比亚克拉通之间的Ubendian造山带内。矿区内出露下元古界地层,矿体赋存于下元古Ubendian超群的片麻岩中,含矿岩石为条带状磁铁石英岩(BIF)。通过区域地质背景、矿区地质、矿床地质、矿床成因等分析,认为矿区铁矿床为BIF沉积--变质型矿床,地层控矿特征明显。为坦桑尼亚中西部鲁夸地区进一步开展矿产资源调查工作提供了基础地质资料。
Manyoro Iron Mine is located in Western Tanzania,Ubendian orogenic belt between Tanzania Craton and Zambia Craton.Lower Proterozoic strata are exposed in the mining area,Ore bodies occur in gneiss of the Lower Proterozoic Ubendenian supergroup,The ore-bearing rocks are banded magnetite quartzite(BIF).Based on the analysis of the genesis of geological deposit and geological deposit in the mining area with regional geological background,it is concluded that the iron deposit in the mining area is a BIF sedimentation-metamorphic deposit,and the stratigraphic ore-controlling characteristics are obvious,which provides basic geological data for the further investigation of mineral resources in lukwa region of central and western Tanzania.
