急性心肌梗死应用超敏肌钙蛋白T与肌钙蛋白I的诊断价值研究

摘要

目的探讨急性心肌梗死应用超敏肌钙蛋白T与肌钙蛋白I诊断的价值。方法以本院2017年8月-2018年8月收治的100例疑似急性心肌梗死患者为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为2组,各组50例,A组予以超敏肌钙蛋白T检测,B组予以肌钙蛋白I检测,对比分析两组检测及诊断情况。结果 A组诊断准确率是92.00%,较B组的76.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组特异度是66.67%,敏感度是97.92%,分别较B组的特异度50.00%,敏感度90.09%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死诊断中超敏肌钙蛋白T、肌钙蛋白I均有一定应用价值,但超敏肌钙蛋白T在特异度、敏感度方面更具优势,临床上可积极选用。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-sensitivity troponin T and troponin I in the patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients who suspected acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 as the research object, these patients were randomly divided into two groups according to computer-generated number table method, 50 cases of patients in each group, the group A was given hypersensitive troponin T test, and the group B was given troponin I test, the detection and diagnosis were compared between these two groups. Results In the group A, the diagnostic accuracy was 92.00%, which was higher than that of the group B 76.00%, with statistically signi?cant(P<0.05). In the group A, the speci?city was 66.67%, the sensitivity was97.92%, which were higher than those of group B 50.00% and 90.09%, respectively, with statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-sensitivity troponin T and troponin I in the patients with acute myocardial infarction have certain application value, while hypersensitive troponin T has high speci?city and sensitivity, so can be used actively in clinic.
