复合益生菌制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响

摘要
为了探讨以乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和酵母菌复合配制的益生菌制剂在肉仔鸡上的应用效果,试验选用健康的1日龄雄性AA肉仔鸡400只,随机分为5组,分别为基础日粮(对照组,A组),基础日粮中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的复合益生菌制剂(试验组B、C、D、E),试验为期42 d。结果表明,添加复合益生菌制剂试验组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P <0.05),且以0.6%添加剂量的效果最佳(P <0.05),添加0.4%、0.6%和0.8%复合益生菌制剂试验组的平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P <0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P <0.05);与对照组相比,日粮添加0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的复合益生菌制剂显著降低了肉仔鸡21日龄时血清中血糖水平(P <0.05),添加0.4%、0.6%的复合益生菌制剂还显著提高了肉仔鸡42日龄血清中总蛋白水平(P <0.05);此外,与对照组相比,0.4%、0.6%和0.8%的复合益生菌制剂显著提高了肉仔鸡21日龄和42日龄血清中免疫球蛋白G的水平(P <0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加以乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和酵母菌配制的复合益生菌制剂可以显著提高肉仔鸡的平均日增重、降低料重比,改善生产性能,增强肉鸡的免疫功能,且以0.6%添加剂量的效果为最优。
        In order to explore the application effect of probiotics formulated by lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus subtilis and yeast on broilers,400 healthy one-day-old male AA broilers were randomly divided into five treatment groups. They were fed with basal diet(control group,group A),basal diet supplemented with 0.2%,0.4%,0.6% and 0.8% compound probiotics,respectively(test group B,C,D,E). The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that the average daily gain of the experimental group with compound probiotics was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the effect of 0.6% additive was the best(P <0.05). The average daily feed intake of the experimental group with 0.4%,0.6% and 0.8% compound probiotics was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),while the feed-gain ratio was significantly lower(P <0.05). Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 0.4%,0.6% and 0.8% compound probiotics significantly decreased serum glucose level at 21-day-old broilers(P <0.05),and supplementation of 0.4% and 0.6% compound probiotics significantly increased serum total protein level at 42-day-old broilers(P <0.05). In addition,compared with the control group,0.4%,0.6% and 0.8% compound probiotics significantly increased serum immunoglobulin G levels in 21-day-old and 42-day-old broilers(P <0.05). To sum up,the diet supplemented with compound probiotics formulated by lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus subtilis and yeast can significantly improve the average daily gain,reduce feedWeight ratio,improve production performance,and enhance the immune function of broilers,and the effect of 0.6% additive is the best.
