摘要

研究了一种烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)熟化促进剂,可以有效地控制AKD的水解并加速其熟化,使AKD的应用更加完善,可有效地提高纸页施胶度的控制精度。AK D熟化促进剂主要添加在造纸施胶剂AKD乳液中,通过限制AKD的水解和迁移倾向,对AKD乳液起保护作用,通过自身阳离子度高和相对分子量低的特点加速AKD的熟化,克服了传统AKD乳液熟化时间长的弊病。
        In this paper, an AKD maturing accelerator was introduced, which can effectively control the hydrolysis and accelerate the maturation of AKD, improve the application of AKD, and effectively improve the control precision for sizing degree. AKD maturation accelerator was mainly added in sizing agent AKD emulsion. By limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD, it has a protective effect on AKD emulsion. By accelerating the maturation of AKD with high cation degree and low relative molecular weight, the disadvantage of long curing time to traditional AKD emulsion was overcomed.
