大遗址保护与开发的建筑策划实践方法研究

摘要
在城市开发建设过程中增加建筑策划环节,它向上渗透于宏观的规划立项环节,研究社会、环境、经济等宏观因素与设计项目的关系,分析设计项目在社会环境中的层次、地位、社会环境对项目品质的要求,分析项目对环境的积极和消极影响,进行经济损益的计算,以确定项目的基调,把握项目的性质。它向下渗透到建筑设计环节,研究景观、朝向、空间组成等建筑相关因素,分析设计项目的性格,并依据实态调查的分析结果确定设计的内容以及可行空间的尺寸大小。本文通过对西安城市大遗址的建筑策划实践工作,探讨和研究中国城市开发建设过程中建筑策划的实践方法。
In the process of urban development and construction,we should increase the architectural programming link,which permeates the macroscopic planning project,studies the relationship between macroscopic factors such as society,environment and economy and the design project,analyzes the level,status and social environment of the design project in the social environment,analyzes the positive and negative effects of the project on the environment,The calculation of economic gains and losses is carried out to determine the tone of the project and grasp the nature of the project.It penetrates downwards into the architectural design link,studies the building related factors such as landscape,orientation and space composition,analyzes the character of the design project,and determines the content of the design and the size of the feasible space according to the analysis results of the real state investigation.This paper discusses and studies the practical methods of architectural planning in the process of urban development and construction in China through the architectural planning practice of xi'an city ruins.
