摘要
[目的]更好地提高烟草种子包衣质量,满足烟苗的养分需求,培养壮苗、健苗。[方法]采用不同比例的硅藻土、膨润土、轻钙粉、复合微生物菌剂复配对K326种子进行包衣处理,统计分析不同包衣配方对烟草种子萌发率和各项生理生化指标变化的影响。[结果]烟草种子经配方C(硅藻土50%+膨润土30%+轻钙粉19.5%+复合微生物菌剂0.5%)和配方D(硅藻土60%+膨润土20%+轻钙粉19.5%+复合微生物菌剂0.5%)包衣处理后,萌发迅速且发芽率高,烟苗干物质含量增加,叶绿素含量增加,根系活力明显提高,过氧化物酶活性提高、丙二醛含量降低,幼苗抗逆性好,可以有效缓解烟苗生长过程中受到的环境胁迫。[结论]配方C和配方D包衣效果显著,可起到替代商品化包衣剂的作用。
[Objective] In order to improve the quality of tobacco seed coating,to meet the nutrient requirements of tobacco seedlings,and to cultivate strong and healthy seedlings.[Method]Different proportions of diatomite,bentonite,light calcium carbonate and compound microbial agents were used to compound K326 seeds for coating treatment in this study.The effects of different coating formulas on the germination rate and physiological and biochemical indexes of tobacco seeds were statistically analyzed.[Result]The results showed that after the coating treatment with formula C(diatomite 50%+bentonite 30%+light calcium carbonate 19.5%+compound microbial agent 0.5%) and formula D(diatomite 60% + bentonite 20% + light calcium carbonate 19.5%+compound microbial agent 0.5%) the tobacco seeds gained rapid germination and high germination rate.Besides,the dry matter content,the chlorophyll content,the root activity and the peroxidase activity of the tobacco seedlings increased significantly.On the other hand,the malondialdehyde content decreased,which showed that the seedlings had good stress resistance and could effectively alleviate the environmental stress on the growth of tobacco seedlings.[Conclusion]The two formulas had significant coating effects as alternatives to commercial coating agents.
