摘要
胚败育现象在许多果树中自然存在,胚中途败育能够获得无核果实。无核果实无论是鲜食、加工都受到众多果品生产企业的青睐,在世界果品市场中拥有良好的发展前景。关于果树果实胚败育的问题,国内外许多学者已进行了大量的研究,并取得了较多的成果,本研究重点从胚败育果实的生长发育特征、胚败育的影响因子、胚败育的生理与分子机制、胚败育在无核果树育种中的应用等方面进行综述,并对果树果实胚败育的研究前景进行了展望,以期为加速无核果树的栽培育种以及胚败育分子机制的深入研究提供一定的理论参考。
        The phenomenon of embryo abortion exists naturally in many fruit trees, and embryo abortion in midway can produce seedless fruit. Seedless fruit, whether fresh or processed, is favored by many fruit producers,and has a good prospect in the world fruit market. On the issue of embryos abortion in fruit trees, many scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of researches, and lots of findings have been achieved. In this paper, the growth and development characteristics of embryo abortion fruit, influencing factors and physiological and molecular mechanism of embryo abortion, and the application of embryo abortion in the breeding of seedless fruit were reviewed. Besides, the prospect of research on fruit embryo abortion was prospected, hoping to provide some theoretical references for accelerating the breeding of seedless fruit trees and further studying the molecular mechanism of embryo abortion.
