摘要
目的:探讨用磷酸肌酸钠治疗冠心病并发心力衰竭的效果。方法:将近年来贵阳市第三人民医院收治的50例冠心病并发心力衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组。对两组患者进行常规治疗,在此基础上为观察组患者加用磷酸肌酸钠进行治疗,然后观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、心率、6分钟步行试验的距离、脑钠肽(BNP)的水平及心室射血分数相比,P>0.05。治疗6周后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者6分钟步行试验的距离较长,其BNP的水平较低,其心室射血分数较高,P <0.05;两组患者的收缩压和心率相比,P>0.05。结论:用磷酸肌酸钠治疗冠心病并发心力衰竭的效果较好,可改善其心肌代谢的情况。
        objective: to investigate the effect of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods: 50 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted by the third people's hospital of guiyang in recent years were divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the two groups were given routine treatment. On this basis, patients in the observation group were treated with creatine phosphate sodium,and its clinical efficacy was observed. Results: before treatment, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, 6-minute walking distance, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) level and ventricular ejection fraction were compared between the two groups(P > 0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the observation group had a longer distance of 6-minute walking test, a lower level of BNP, and a higher ventricular ejection fraction(P < 0.05). Systolic blood pressure and heart rate were P > 0.05 in both groups. Conclusion: creatine phosphate is effective in treating coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure and can improve myocardial metabolism.
