摘要
应用型本科院校转型和发展需要加强"双师型"教师的建设。"双师型"教师不但需要具备理论教学和科研能力,而且拥有实践操作和运用能力。在应用型本科院校引进"双师型"教师较为困难的背景下,该文基于教师校内培养的角度,从理念层面、经费制约、培养渠道和激励机制四个方面分析面临的障碍,提出可行的培养路径。
The transformation and development of application-oriented universities need to strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers. "Double-qualified"teachers should not only have theoretical teaching and scientific research ability, but also have practical operation and application ability. Against the background that it is difficult for application-oriented colleges and universities to introduce double-qualified teachers, this paper analyzes the obstacles from four aspects, namely, funding constraints on training channels and incentive mechanism, and proposes feasible training paths based on the perspective of teachers' on-campus training.
