政治经济学研究对象的“难题”新解——兼论“中国特色社会主义政治经济学”研究对象

学界对马克思《资本论》第一卷第一版《序言》中的《资本论》研究对象表述存在不同解读,对政治经济学研究对象的研究也存在分歧,政治经济学的研究对象由此成为一个存在争议的"难题"。政治经济学的研究对象是资本主义生产方式中的"广义生产关系",由狭义的生产关系和广义的交换关系组成,后者再一分为二为狭义的交换关系和分配关系,分别对应于《资本论》第一、二、三卷。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的研究对象是中国特色社会主义生产方式中的"广义生产关系",但其具体内容不同于资本主义广义生产关系。中国特色社会主义政治学应在资本跨国运动条件下,研究"国家资本"的起源、生产、流通和分配运动规律,研究对外贸易和世界市场与中国特色社会主义的联系。
Because of the different interpretations of the description of the research object in the Preface of the first edition of Volume I of Marx's Das Kapital,there is a disagreement on the research object of political economy which has become a "puzzle". With an in-depth analysis of the original logic,this article tries to give a new interpretation to this"puzzle"through the structural analysis of Das Kapital itself. The research subject of political economy is the"generalized production relationship"in the capitalist production mode,which is composed of the narrow sense of production relations and the broad sense of exchange relations. And the latter is divided into two narrow senses: exchange relations and distribution relations,discussed in Das Kapital volume I,II and III,respectively. Consumption in the"four-link theory"does not fall within the research area of political economy,so it does not belong to Marxist economic theory and is classical economic theory criticized by Marx. Therefore,the research subject of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics is the"generalized production relationship"in the socialist production mode with Chinese characteristics,but its specific content is different from the capitalist"generalized production relationship". This article gives tentative tips on the specific contents of the research object of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.

(1)“国家资本”为本文暂定的一个概念,指中国特色社会主义经济中的“公有生产资料”的货币形式及其资本化的运行形式,是相对于“私人资本”的概念。该概念与资本主义经济中的“社会资本”(社会化的资本),如股份资本等,是不同的概念。“社会资本”的性质是私有的;而“国家资本”概念性质是公有的。也不同于当前的“国有资本”概念,“国家资本”涵盖了计划经济时代的生产资料货币形式及其运行形式。
