摘要

痛经是妇科常见疾病之一,田丽颖教授临床应用针灸治疗痛经,疗效显著。文章结合田丽颖教授的临床经验,分析了痛经的病因病机,创造性的提出了"从调气论治"、"从调神论治"、"从调冲任论治"三种治疗思路,进而详述了田丽颖教授治疗痛经的临床经验及取穴规律,归纳了相关操作技术与要点,并结合验案一则对有关临床经验进行了简要说明。
        Dysmenorrhea is one of the common diseases of gynecology, Professor Tian Liying clinical application of acupuncyure and treatment of dysmenorrhea,the effect is significian.Combining the clinical experien-ce of Professor Tian Liying,analuses the etiology and pathogenesis of dy-smenorrhea,put forward three kinds of treatment creatively,such as "gas treatment","mind treatment" and "treatment of adjusting Chong Chann-el and Ren Channel ".Then the article amplified of Professor Tian Liying's clinical experience and technical points of the treatment of dysmenorrhea by acpuncture.A proved case was attached in order to further explain the clinical experience.
