摘要
从实验室外部质量监控和内部质量监控两个大方面介绍了耐火材料高温蠕变试验的质量监控方法及可行性。结果表明:耐火材料高温蠕变试验外部质量监控方法主要有实验室能力验证、实验室间比对等,内部质量监控方法主要有使用标准物质进行试验、对试验设备进行期间核查等;目前由于缺少耐火材料高温蠕变试验能力验证提供机构、实验室间比对组织者以及耐火材料标准物质,因此耐火材料高温蠕变试验的质量监控主要通过对实验室高温蠕变仪进行期间核查的方法来实现。最后通过具体实例,针对不同耐火材料检测实验室拥有的高温蠕变仪数量,详细介绍了耐火材料高温蠕变试验内部质量监控的期间核查方法。
From the two aspects of laboratory external quality monitoring and internal quality monitoring,the quality monitoring methods and their feasibility of refractory high-temperature creep test were introduced.The results show that the external quality monitoring methods for refractory high-temperature creep test mainly includes laboratory proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparison,and the internal quality monitoring methods mainly includes testing with standard materials and carrying out intermediate check to the testing equipments.At present,due to the lack of proficiency testing provider and inter-laboratory comparison organizer of refractory hightemperature creep test and refractory standard materials,the quality monitoring of refractory high-temperature creep test is mainly achieved by checking the laboratory high-temperature creep instruments intermediately.Finally,through specific examples and according to the number of high-temperature creep instruments owned by different refractory testing laboratories,the intermediate check methods for internal quality monitoring of refractory hightemperature creep test were introduced in detail.
