校企“双元”育人在高职国际化人才培养中的实践研究

摘要
国际化人才是推进我国对外开放和一带一路倡议的关键,校企"双元"育人是培养高技能复合型国际化人才的重要途径。南京科技职业学院对此进行了有益的探索,学院通过依托当地资源、借力各类联盟组织、坚持工商互融理念以及打造留学生现代学徒制等措施,在国际化人才培养方面取得明显成效。为了进一步推进该模式,需要构建共赢机制、打造多样化校企育人模式、吸纳企业参与学生技能大赛以及加强在线精品课程国际化建设。
International talents are the key to promoting China's opening up and the Belt and Road Initiative.School-enterprise "dual yuan" education is an important way to cultivate high-skilled and comprehensive international talents. Nanjing Polytechnic Institute has carried out beneficial explorations. Relying on local resources, leveraging various alliance organizations, adhering to the concept of industrial and commercial integration, and building modern apprenticeships for international students, the company has achieved remarkable results in international talent training. In order to further promote this model, it is necessary to build a win-win mechanism, create a diversified school-enterprise education model, absorb enterprises to participate in student skill competitions, and strengthen the internationalization of online quality courses.
