摘要
在进行工程机械热平衡试验时,使用何种冷却液进行试验,各生产厂家都有不同的选择。为了解不同冷却液对热平衡试验结果的影响,以50型装载机为例,分别选用自来水、去离子水、25%乙二醇防冻液、50%乙二醇防冻液和75%乙二醇防冻液等作为冷却液进行测试。对比分析结果表明当冷却液中乙二醇比例增加时,发动机进水口温度差会降低;而采用自来水或去离子水作为冷却液进行热平衡测试则不会对试验结果造成影响,反而能避免试验过程中防冻液洒漏对环境造成污染的问题,同时还能降低试验成本。
When conducting a thermal balance test on an engine of the construction machines individual manufacturers would each have their own choice of liquid coolant. Therefore, 50 types of wheel loader were taken for instance concerning coolant used in the test, e.g.,running water, deionized water, antifrozen liquid in 25% or 50% or 75%glycol. Results through comparison and analyses show that tests with the 2 waters do not disaffect the results, and in the contrast the water would not pollute the environment event if spills out,while decreasing the cost.
