土地资源标准体系构建研究

摘要
土地资源标准体系是整个行业规范化管理的蓝图和技术支撑,也是土地管理部门及涉地企业开展标准化工作的基础。在梳理相关学术文献、标准体系理论及行业标准的基础上,结合土地资源利用特点、管理需求及各项土地业务要素重构了土地标准体系。该体系分为3个层次共7个子体系。
The land resource standard system is the blueprint and technical support for the standardized management of the entire industry, and is also the basis for the standardization work of the land management departments and landrelated enterprises. We reconstructed land standard system combining the characteristics of land resources utilization,management needs and various land businesses on the basis of combing relevant academic literature, standard system theory and industry standards.
