摘要
湖北大峪口化工有限责任公司100 kt/a复合肥装置造粒尾气风机系统夹液严重,极大地制约了造粒的调节和复合肥的生产。分析造粒尾气风机系统造成夹液的原因,并对造粒尾气气液分离器进行改造。改造后,造粒调节和装置运行稳定,产量增加近50.4 kt/a,达到了预期目的。
Because of the tail gas clamping fluid of granulation tail gas fan in 100 kt/a compound fertilizer plant of Hubei Dayukou Chemical Co., Ltd.,the granulation regulation and compound fertilizer production are restricted.Based on the analysis of causes for fluid clamping,the gas-liquid separator is transformed. After transformation,the granulation regulation and compound fertilizer production are stable,the production capacity is improved by 50.4 kt/a,achieving the expected goal.
