摘要
目的:以浙江省采集的狐尾藻作为研究对象,将狐尾藻植物乙醇提取的浸膏用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,对所得乙酸乙酯部位进行抗氧化活性测定。为狐尾藻的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:通过比色法对狐尾藻乙酸乙酯部位总黄酮总酚酸含量进行测定,采用DPPH法、羟自由基法测定狐尾藻乙酸乙酯部位的抗氧化活性。结果:狐尾藻乙酸乙酯部位含有黄酮类化合物,且样品溶液具有较好的抗氧化活性,在一定浓度范围内,样品浓度越高,其抗氧化活性越强。结论:该研究结果表明狐尾藻中含有黄酮类化合物,且在一定范围内其抗氧化活性比Trolox强。
        Objective: To extract the ethanol extract of Myriophyllum verticillatum L. from Zhejiang Province by ethyl acetate and extract the acetic acid.The antioxidant activity of ethyl acetate was provided as a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Myriophyllum verticillatum L. Methods: The total flavonoid content of total flavonoids in the ethyl acetate fraction of Myriophyllum verticillatum L. flavus was determined by colorimetry. DPPH method and hydroxyl radical method were used to determine the antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetate fraction of Myriophyllum verticillatum L.. Results: The ethyl acetate fraction of Myriophyllum verticillatum L.. flavus contained flavonoids.And the sample solution has good antioxidant activity, in a certain concentration range, the higher the concentration of the sample, the stronger the antioxidant activity. Conclusions: The results showed that there are flavonoids in the Myriophyllum verticillatum L. and in a certain range, its antioxidant activity was stronger than Trolox..
