摘要

溃疡性结肠炎有病程长,反复发作的特点,发病期间大便次数增加,营养成分丢失。治疗需要遵循辨证论治、对症下药的治疗原则。本文介绍欧阳坤根主任治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验,他将该病归纳分为湿热型、寒湿型、脾肾阳虚型、肝郁气滞型、滑脱型,治疗时随症加减,取得了较好的效果。
        Ulcerative colitis has a long course and recurrent episodes; the number of stools increases during the onset, and nutrients are lost. At the time of treatment, treatment according to syndrome differentiation and apply medicine according to indications need to be followed. In this article, Ouyang Kungen's experience in treating ulcerative colitis is introduced. Ulcerative colitis is divided into the Shire type( 湿热型), the Hanshi type( 寒湿型), the Pishen Yangxu type( 脾肾阳虚型), the Ganyu Qizhi type( 肝郁气滞型) and the Huatuo type( 滑脱型). At the time of treatment, the drug was added and subtracted according to the symptoms, and a good effect was obtained.
