摘要
Rad51基因的突变在很多方面发挥着很关键的作用,比如抑制多种肿瘤的发生与发展,以及肿瘤对放疗和化疗药物的耐药性等方面。另外,由于Rad51基因是DNA修复基因,其在维持基因的稳定性方面有着极其重要的作用。而且,Rad51基因可能也会在肿瘤的发生、发展中与其他基因相互作用对其产生影响。本文主要对同源重组修复相关Rad51在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。
        Rad51 gene mutation plays a key role in many aspects,such as inhibiting the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors,and tumor resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs.In addition,as Rad51 gene is a DNA repair gene,it plays an extremely important role in maintaining gene stability.In addition,Rad51 gene may also interact with other genes in the occurrence and development of tumors.This review focuses on the research progress of homologous recombination repair related Rad51 in tumors.
