摘要

以江阴市环境执法监测工作开展情况为例,探讨县级环境监测机构主要职能发生根本性改变,而目前县级环境监测站普遍存在人员和机制上的不足的情况下,环境监测如何继续为环境管理提供技术支撑的同时,有效地开展好环境执法监测工作。
        Taking the development of environmental law enforcement monitoring in Jiangyin City as an example, this paper discusses the fundamental changes in the main functions of county-level environmental monitoring agencies. However, at present, there are widespread shortages of personnel and mechanisms at county-level environmental monitoring stations, how environmental monitoring continues to be an environment. While providing technical support, the management effectively carries out environmental law enforcement monitoring.
