玉溪市旅游轨道交通线网规划研究

摘要
研究目的:随着我国大众旅游时代的到来,以及"快进、慢游"旅游交通基础设施网络概念的提出,玉溪市急需发展旅游轨道交通以提高城市旅游竞争力,完善城市综合交通体系。本文对玉溪市的社会经济、城市交通及旅游发展特征进行全面梳理,通过分析交通症结以及研究旅游与城市通勤客流相结合的城市人口出行特征,剖析城市轨道交通层次划分,提出玉溪市城市旅游轨道交通线网规划。研究结论:(1)预测2050年城市客流的发生、吸引量为616万人次,多集中在老城组团和通海组团,且科创新城组团及大街组团增幅最大;(2)规划城市旅游轨道交通网络包括区域快进的高速铁路和国铁干线,全域互通的高速铁路和市域轨道,内部通勤的立体轨道;(3)提出"H+倒L"形结构线网,共5条线路,长145. 6 km;(4)构建了旅游轨道交通线网综合评价体系;(5)建议线网分先期、发展、完善三个阶段建设;(6)本研究成果可为其他城市旅游轨道交通规划提供一定参考和指导。
        Research purposes: With the advent of mass tourism era and the transportation infrastructure construction concept of quick enter and slow travel,Yuxi urgently needs to develop tourism rail transit to improve the competitiveness of urban tourism and improve the comprehensive urban transportation system. In this paper,the characteristics of social economy,urban transportation and tourism development in Yuxi city are comprehensively sorted out. By analyzing travel characteristics combined with urban commuter flow,the hierarchical division of urban rail transit is analyzed,and the urban tourism rail transit network planning in Yuxi city is proposed.Research conclusions:( 1) It is predicted that the passenger flow in 2050 will be 6. 16 million,most of which will be in the old city group and the Haitong group,the largest increase parts are in the new science-technology towns group and the avenue group.( 2) The planning of urban tourism rail transit network including regional quick-enter high-speed railway and national railway,inter-regional high-speed railway and municipal rail,and internal commuter rail.( 3) " H + inverted L" structure line network is proposed with 5 lines,145. 6 km long.( 4) The comprehensive evaluation system of tourism rail transit network is constructed.( 5) It is suggested to construct the rail network in three stages: pre-construction,development and improvement.( 6) The research results can provide certain reference and guidance for the development of tourism rail transit planning in other cities.
