摘要

培养国际化人才是西部地区产业发展、院校和学生发展的现实需求。当前,西部职业院校培养国际化人才在课程体系、师资队伍、实训条件、管理保障、校园文化等方面遇到诸多困境,应采取内化国际先进标准,构建国际化专业课程体系;培养与引进并举,建设国际化师资队伍;整合校内外资源,夯实国际化实训条件;引入先进管理模式,推进管理国际化;开明开放,营造国际化校园文化等策略,突破困境,提升国际化人才培养能力。
        Training internationalized talents is the realistic demand of industrial development, university and student development in the western region. At present, the training of internationalized talents in western vocational colleges is facing many difficulties in terms of curriculum system, teachers, training conditions, management guarantee and campus culture. We should adopt advanced international standards to build an internationalized professional curriculum system, train and introduce simultaneously to build an internationalized teaching team, integrate resources inside and outside schools to consolidate the internationalized training conditions and cultivate open-mindedness and international campus culture.
