政务空间信息决策研究综述

摘要
结合地理空间信息的政务决策极大提升了政务服务水平和效率,引起了产学研及政府部门的高度关注,甚至引发了许多变革。面向政务服务的空间信息决策技术为政府信息管理和决策提供了新的手段。该文围绕我国服务型政府建设与国家精细治理的需求,全面综述了面向政务服务的空间信息决策研究的相关进展,阐述了空间信息决策的内涵与特征,从政务空间信息资源整合、决策分析、决策可视化、决策服务等方面分析了政务空间信息决策的研究进展,面向政府部门领导决策,重点介绍了我国政务信息决策服务的3个应用系统,最后对政务空间信息决策的发展趋势作出展望。
        Government decision-making for geographic information have greatly promote the level and efficiency of government service,furthermore,it has attracted great attention from industry,academia,research and government sectors,and even have triggered a lot of industry changes.Spatial information decision-making technology for government service provides a new means for government management and decision-making.In this paper,we focused on the construction of China's service-oriented government and the demand of national governance with profession.Moreover,this paper made a comprehensive review of the progress in the study of spatial information decision-making for government services,then introduced the connotation and characteristics of spatial information decision-making,and analyzed the research progress of spatial information decision-making of government affairs from the aspects of spatial information resource integration,decision analysis,decision visualization and decision service.And three application systems of government decision-making service in China were introduced.The last part of the article forecasted the development trend of government spatial information decision-making.
