松软高突煤层钻孔施工防垮孔、喷孔技术研究与应用

摘要
当东风煤矿M9煤层采用顺层钻孔作为区域煤与瓦斯防突措施钻孔时,在施工中出现垮孔、喷孔等现象。通过分析施工原因,调研该类煤层钻孔施工预防垮孔、喷孔设备及措施,选择使用三棱钻杆、防喷钻杆及孔口防喷装置,在保证施工现场安全的同时,有效提高了钻孔施工进度。研究为松软高突煤层钻孔施工提供了可行的思路。
        M9 coal seam of Dongfeng Coal Mine adopts bedding borehole as regional coal and gas outburst prevention measure borehole,and the phenomenon of hole collapse and spraying occurs during construction.By analyzing the causes of construction difficulties,investigated the equipment and measures for preventing boreholes and nozzles in this type of coal seam drilling,and selected the use of triangular-drilled drill pipes,anti-jet drill pipes and orifice blowout prevent to effectively improve the safety of the construction site.The drilling construction progress provides a feasible idea for the drilling of soft and high coal seams.
