摘要

目的了解咸宁市社区老年慢性疼痛患者疼痛现状,为社区卫生服务机构进行疼痛护理干预、有效进行疼痛管理提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法抽取咸宁市社区150名老年慢性疼痛患者,采用一般资料调查表、生活状况调查表、简明疼痛量表(BPI)进行问卷调查。结果咸宁市社区老年慢性疼痛患者中,74.47%的患者有2个或2个以上的部位有疼痛症状;慢性疼痛病史为(9.58±9.87)年;疼痛程度得分为(4.08±2.50)分;疼痛影响程度得分为(3.48±2.49)分;41.13%的患者会采取2种及以上的止痛方式;单因素分析显示:不同文化程度、不同医疗付费方式、不同慢性病数目的老年疼痛患者,疼痛对其生活造成的影响程度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论咸宁市社区老年慢性疼痛患者的疼痛需要得到进一步改善,文化程度、医疗付费方式及慢性病数目会影响疼痛对患者生活的影响程度,社区卫生服务机构可通过改善患者疼痛症状、引导患者积极适应等方面进行干预,以提高其生活质量。
        Objective To understand the pain status of elderly patients with chronic pain in Xianning City and to provide reference for pain care interventions and management. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with chronic pain were enrolled in this study.The general demographic data questionnaire and the simple pain scale(BPI) were used to carry out the questionnaire survey.Results Among the patients with chronic pain in the community of Xianning City,74.47% of the patients had pain symptoms at two or more sites,the history of chronic pain was(9.58±9.87) years,the score of pain degree was(4.08±2.50),and the score of pain on the patient's life was(3.48±2.49),41.13% of the patients took two or more analgesic methods.In addition,univariate analysis showed that the impact of pain on the life of elderly patients with different educational background,different medical payment methods and different number of chronic diseases was different(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain of the elderly patients with chronic pain in Xianning City needs to be further improved.Education level,medical payment method and the number of chronic diseases affect the life quality of elderly pain patients.
