新时代中国特色高校体育文化与留学生人才培养互通性研究

摘要
新时代随着来华留学生人数的增加,留学生人才培养质量成了摆在高校国际化教育面前的主要课题。围绕国家外交战略发展和教育人才规划,以解决问题为导向,通过文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等研究方法,对新时代中国特色高校体育文化的内涵与其功能性进行了综述性研究,分析中国特色高校体育文化在留学生人才培养中的作用,指出目前高校体育文化作用于留学生人才培养存在诸如体育精神文化观念的滞后、留学生管理的结构性缺陷、高校体育资源配置利用不合理等问题。并从留学生人才培养新战略、体育文化建设等方面分析新时代环境下发展高校体育文化促进留学生人才培养的新机遇,最后结合现存问题及发展机遇提出了中国特色高校体育文化培养留学生人才的途径与策略,包括建设特色校园体育精神文化;调整体育资源分配原则,优化体育教学环境;完善留学生体育教育管理运行机制及其监督机制;高校留学生体育教学模式创新与改革。其中教学模式创新与改革具体体现在:结合地域特征与民族传统体育项目建设特色体育课程与留学生人工智能体育信息服务平台的构建。
In the new era,with the increase of the number of foreign students coming to China,the quality of training foreign students has become the main issue in the face of international education in colleges and universities.Focusing on the development of national diplomatic strategy and education talent program,this paper is problemsolving oriented. The means of literature,logic analysis,expert interview and other research methods are used. This paper summarizes the connotation and functions of sports culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era,analyzes the role of Chinese characteristics of college sports culture in the cultivation of overseas students,and points out that there are some problems such as the lag of sports spirit and culture,the structural defects in the management of foreign students and the unreasonable utilization of sports resources in colleges and universities. This paper also analyzes the new opportunities of developing college sports culture to promote the talent cultivation of foreign students in the new era from the aspects of new strategy and sports culture construction. And finally the paper puts forward the approaches and strategies of cultivating international students with Chinese characteristics by combining with the existing problems and development opportunities,including constructing characteristic campus sports spirit culture;adjusting the sports resource allocation principle,optimizing the environment of physical education teaching; improving the management mechanism and supervision mechanism of education; innovating and reforming physical education mode for college students. The innovation and reform of physical education mode are embodied in the construction of characteristic physical education curriculum and AI sports information service platform for overseas students in combination with regional characteristics and national traditional sports project.
