摘要
结合同济大学材料科学与工程专业特点,论述了本专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的政策措施、培养模式、师资队伍、校企合作和国际化等教学实践,说明了卓越人才培养为主线,进一步加强国际教育、实践教育的传统功能,促进教育的改革,推动整体提升人才培养的质量,提高本专业的人才培养水平等相关措施和机制改革,确保了"优秀工程师教育培训计划"的顺利开展。
According to the development characteristics of Materials Science and Engineering specialty in Tongji University,the policy measures,training mode,teacher team,school-enterprise cooperation,internationalization and other teaching practices of the "excellent engineer education and training program"were discussed. With the excellent talents as the main line,the traditional characteristics of international education and practical education were also strengthened,education reform and the overall improvement of the quality of personnel training were promoted,and the level of personnel training in this profession was improved. The progress of "excellent engineer education and training program"was guaranteed.
