护理专业实习生3维9项实习效果评价体系的应用研究

摘要
目的采用3维9项实习效果评价体系,对护理专业实习生的实习效果进行评价,并探讨评价体系的合理性。方法采取随机数字表法,将2017年7月—2018年5月在医院实习的138名护理专业的实习生,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各69人。对照组采取常规的实习效果评价方法,实验组采取3维9项实习效果评价体系,对实习效果进行评价。教学结束后,分别按照传统的实习效果评价方法和3维9项实习效果评价体系,同时对两组学生的实习效果进行评价。结果在传统实习效果评价结果方面,实验组理论知识平均分和实践知识平均分均高于对照组,在3维9项评价体系评分结果方面,实验组3维9项评分结果均高于对照组。以上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3维9项实习效果评价体系对护理专业实习生的实习效果进行了更为合理的评价。
        Objective To evaluate the internship effect of nursing interns by using 3-dimen-sional 9-item internship effect evaluation system, and explore rationality of the evaluation system. Methods 138 interns majoring in Nursing were selected as objects during their internship from July 2017 to May 2018. The nursing interns were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, with 69 students in each group. The control group adopted the tradi-tional practice effect evaluation method, and the experimental group adopted 3-dimensional 9-it-em internship effect evaluation systems to evaluate the internship effect. After the teaching, acc-ording to the traditional practice effect evaluation method and 3-dimensional 9-item internships effect evaluation system, two groups of students were evaluated at the same time. Result Due to the results of traditional practice effect evaluation, the average scores of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. According to the results of 3-dimensional 9-item evaluation system, the scores of 3-dimensional 9-item in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The 3-dimensional 9-item internship effect evaluation system made more reasonable evaluation of the internship effect of nursing interns.
