摘要
2018年全球肉鸡生产持续增长,鸡肉进出口贸易同步缓慢增长,产业技术研究取得新进展:遗传改良方面,遗传资源保存、评价与利用、重要经济性状遗传基础研究与基因组选择研究、转基因和基因组编辑仍是研究热点;饲料营养方面,围绕营养性及非营养性添加剂、营养需要量、饲料资源开发与营养价值评定开展研究;疾病防控方面,利用传统的血清学方法鉴定血清型仍然是细菌病防控重要环节,多联灭活疫苗的研发已成为趋势,禽用新型疫苗的研制取得重要进展;生产与环境控制方面,围绕舍内环境因素与肉鸡健康、废弃物处理和资源化利用、鸡舍自动化控制等方面开展研究;产品加工方面,新理念和新技术正不断被采用,更加注重品质提升。
