研究生创新能力培养的探索和实践

摘要
创新能力是高素质人才的重要特征,处于高等教育最高层的研究生教育,担负着培养高素质人才和发展科学技术的双重任务。随着招生规模的扩大,研究生创新能力不足,学位论文质量下降等逐渐成为研究生教育函待解决的关键问题。本文对我校研究生培养模式的现状进行了分析,分析了传统的研究生培养模式的不足,对导师团队和科研平台在研究生科研创新能力和实践能力培养中的作用进行了阐述,力求通过充分发挥导师团队培养和科研平台的优势,挖掘研究生的创新潜力,从论文选题,实验数据的准确性和论文质量的把控方面,加强研究生培养过程的管理,提高人才培养质量,进而提升研究生创新能力的培养质量。
The ability of innovation is an important feature for high-quality talents. Graduate education which is at the highest level of higher education is responsible for the cultivation of high-quality talents and the development of science and technology. With the expansion of enrollment scale, the lack of innovative ability of postgraduate and the decline of the quality of dissertations have gradually become the key issues for the completion of graduate education. This paper analyzes the status of the postgraduate training mode of our university and the shortcomings of the traditional postgraduate training mode, and also expounds the role of the tutor team and the research platform in the cultivation of postgraduate research innovation ability and practical ability. We strive to make full use of the advantages of the two aspects to tap the potential of graduate students' innovation. We also strengthen the management of the postgraduate training process through selecting the topic of the thesis, the control of accuracy of the experimental data and the quality of thesis to improve the quality of personnel training, and then improve cultivate quality of the innovation ability of graduate students.
