摘要
以自我决定理论为基础,使用学校氛围问卷、父母自主准予问卷、学业倦怠问卷和基本心理需要问卷,对427名小学生进行调查,探讨学业倦怠与学校氛围、父母自主支持和基本心理需要之间的关系。研究发现:(1)学业倦怠与学校氛围、父母自主支持和基本心理需要之间呈显著负相关;(2)基本心理需要在学校氛围、父母自主支持与小学生学业倦怠之间起中介作用。
        The present study,based on the self-determination theory,as well as a survey of 427 pupils with the Perceived School Climate Scale,the Parental Autonomy-Support Scale,the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey( MBI),and the Basic Needs Satisfaction in General Scale( BNSGS),aims to explore the relationship between learning burnout and the school climate,parental autonomy support,and basic psychological needs. The results show the following:( 1) The pupils' learning burnout was significantly and negatively correlated with the school climate,parental autonomy support,and their basic psychological needs; and( 2) their basic psychological needs mediated between the school climate,parental autonomy support,and their learning burnout.
